More than just talk
By Linda Jovanovich
HMA Executive Vice President
After speaking with more than a few HMA members, it’s clear there are questions regarding HMA’s ‘hybrid’ National Conference and Expo, especially from those unable to be in Austin, but who want to participate in this event. Here’s how you can make that work.
- From the comfort of your home or office, Virtual Attendance enables you to join us online, ‘live’ in the Hyatt Regency’s Ballroom, March 25-26, to see, hear, pose questions, and enjoy all of the Conference’s Business Sessions as they occur. Yes, in Real-Time!
- BUT … just as if you were planning to attend in person, for a nominal fee you must register to participate in this real-time, virtual event. (On-demand viewing of these sessions will not be available for several months.)
- Once you’ve registered to participate, and prior to the beginning of the Conference and Expo, you will receive the necessary link(s) to join the sessions online, and in real-time. I urge you to Register to participate, today.
Clearly, NatCon 21 will be a different experience this year. And I’ll be honest with you. This has been an eye-opening experience for me; and not without cost. It is, however, a needed measure to bring HMA’s National Conference and Expo to those members unable to be with us face-to-face, in Austin.
Bottom Line – Either in-person or via the internet, I hope to spend time with you, soon. And by all means, whether planning to physically be in Austin - OR – planning to virtually participate in the real-time business sessions - you need to Register for the Conference. Time is of the essence. Contact us at info@hardwood.org, should you have questions.
